This is Sebastian's favorite pet store! We love coming here even if we don't really need anything in particular because Sebastian is always excited to come here!

The employees are always so happy to see our dog, and he loves the attention and the treats they have for him every time he comes. No other pet store we've been to can compare in that aspect.

The quality of food here is awesome! They only carry the good stuff, and they are very knowledgeable about the food they sell. High quality pet foods are often hard to find, especially at big chain pet stores, but this place has all the best! Sebastian gives Waggin' Tails 5 stars!

Amazing prices, phenomenal service, and a pretty darn impressive selection for not being a large box store!

If you feed a raw diet to your dog or cat this is the place to go. We have two 45-50 lb dogs who eat a raw diet which means we are feeding 2 lbs of raw a day. This gets pretty pricey pretty quickly. When we first went to Waggin Tails we saw for Bravo Balance (our preferred raw brand) they only carried the 3 lb bags of patties. However, the store manager generously offered to special order us a couple of their 10 lb chubs, as they are far more economical, and we have the freezer space at home.

This store is like home away from home. I started coming here when I got my first dog as a puppy, who is now 2 and 1/2 years old. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and informative. If there don't carry a product, Danny always looks to see if they can add it to their inventory. Thanks again for adding the braided bully sticks!! My dogs and I love the frozen bones, best buy at a reasonable price. Five stars all the way :)

This is still the only pet store I've taken my GSD to because they seriously have the best deals on quality products and the best service anyone can provide a pet owner. Dani and her staff take care of all their customers, not by selling products to meet a quota, but by recommending the best products to suit their pet's needs.

There's also always some sort of coupon you can either find on yelp check-in or on their email list. They've also recently joined up with 5-star rewards, so you can earn $15 with every $150 spent. With the amount we spend on Pepper's food and toys every month, this definitely keeps me coming back time and time again.

I've spoiled my dog with the most durable and amusing toys over the past 2 years (literally 2 plastic bins overflowing with balls, dinosaurs, and squeaky snakes), but somehow, she still walks out with a brand new one every time she visits. As long as her tail keeps waggin, I'll keep buying them. I cannot thank Dani and her team enough for always welcoming Pepper and I with open arms, sample treats, and playful howls every single time. As long as Waggin Tails stands, I'll be a customer for life!

My new favorite spot to get my Monster's food!

Monster has been loving Merrick's and this is actually the cheapest place I've found. The customer service is EXCELLENT. I'm all about the locally owned shops and this shop is no different. The owner was so sweet in assisting me as I shopped around for a new food for Monster - her staff even looked up the food I was looking for and broke down the ingredients for me to weigh the pros and cons of switching over. She even offered a variety of samples to take home to see if my pup would like any others. Friendly and attentive staff! The only place I'll be coming to for my Monster's monthly food replenishment =)

Oh Waggin' Tails! How I LOVE you so!! My boyfriend asked what is Waggin’ Tails so we stopped by to check it out. Boy am I glad I! I've been here many times and never had a bad experience!

I always thought that dog boutiques are expensive but this place is awesome! Prices are so incredibly reasonable I always walk out with a big bag of stuff I need (and a big smile!) and something new for my doggies to try, usually without spending more than $60!!

The staff here is so patient and nice. If I have a question everyone tries to be thorough and help me out. If one employee can't answer my question, they go and find someone so that I'm able to find what I'm looking for! If I don't ask for help someone always comes up to me to see if I need help. They don't have everything and every brand possible, but they're super duper clean and really do carry the best of the best here.
